Isabelle Valera

Creative Director of Valera Graphic Design by day, Isabelle lives and breathes improv theatre by night. She has done improv theatre across different countries and languages, believing that improv brings people together.

With The XxX's, she's challenging herself to explore intimacy and vulnerability. The project, created and directed by Lola Maggi, seamlessly merges reality with fiction, drama with comedy.

This year, embracing the art of improvisation, she embarks on a journey to share her passion with diverse groups such as What Is Normal, CET, Don't Touch My Mushrooms, The Diva Therapy.

She proudly holds the title of Festival Director for the upcoming Improv Festival of Zurich - June 2024 - under the visionary guidance of Tara Brodin, Art Director of Close Encounters Theatre.
